What causes Okta login failure? ›

This event is triggered by a user trying to authenticate, while their account is in a "Password Reset" state. This is reported if a user has locked their Okta account due to too many failed authentication requests.

Sign in with your Highline Username and Password, and click the Sign In button. Next, select SMS Authentication. Type in your phone number, and click Send code. The window with your phone number will expand, and you'll receive a text message with a six-digit code.

Navigate to the eLion website and click on the Login link for Students. Authenticate using your Penn State Access Account user ID and password.

Access to the SLUNET wireless network requires Saint Leo log in credentials. When using the SLUNET wireless network, University students are required to adhere to the Saint Leo University User Access Policy. Wireless access is available to guests of Saint Leo University. Guests may connect to the SLU-Guest network.

Operational: All Okta services are green. Degradation: Issues have slowed Okta services or reduced their functionality.

If you don't know your username, contact your company's help desk who set up your organization's Okta accounts. If you forgot your password, use the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the sign-in page to generate a new one. If the link isn't available, contact your IT department.

You can login to your student email using your student login and password already used for your online courses. From outside of your course, go to login.saintleo.edu to obtain email access.
