Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join qAIntum.ai as a co-founder. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and scaling a company that is set to redefine the quantum computing and AI landscape. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in quantum optics, machine learning, and AI, and a passion for driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership:Define and drive the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for qAIntum.ai’s quantum AI products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
• Product Development:Lead the development and implementation of Quantum Neural Networks (QNN), Quantum Transformers (QT), and Quantum Large Language Models (QLLM), overseeing all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Innovation and R&D:Spearhead research and development initiatives to continuously innovate and enhance our quantum computing technologies. Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of the field.
• Team Building:Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class technical team. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the engineering and R&D departments.
• Collaboration:Work closely with the CEO, COO, and other co-founders to shape the overall strategic direction of the company. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business strategies.
• Scalability:Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that can grow with the company’s needs. Oversee infrastructure decisions and ensure the technology stack is robust and future-proof.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with investors, partners, and customers to communicate the technical vision and capabilities of qAIntum.ai. Play a key role in fundraising efforts and strategic partnerships.
• IP Strategy:Develop and implement an intellectual property strategy that protects and leverages qAIntum.ai’s technological innovations.

Qualifications:

• Experience:10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong background in quantum optics, AI, and machine learning. Previous experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role at a tech startup is highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise:Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, quantum machine learning, and AI. Hands-on experience with quantum algorithms, quantum hardware, and software development.
• Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams, with a track record of delivering innovative products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic Thinking:Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align technical goals with broader business objectives.
• Communication:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including investors and customers.
• Education:Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

As an early-stage startup, qAIntum.ai is currently operating with limited financial resources. As such, this role will initially be equity-based with no salary. The successful candidate will receive a significant equity stake and will be compensated with a salary once the company secures funding. This is an opportunity for someone who believes in the vision and is willing to invest their time and expertise in exchange for equity and future financial rewards.
